Because the fortnightly and monthly plans extend beyond 90 days, remaining instalments continue automatically until the full price is paid. Your included app access still ends when the 90-day program finishes, even if instalments remain. To keep using the app after that date, you must separately choose app-only access or enrol in a new program.

Cooling-off and refunds
For your online enrolment, Anroc Farms Pty Ltd offers a voluntary 48-hour change-of-mind period beginning when your first payment is successfully completed. You may enter the app and complete your onboarding during this period.
If you cancel within 48 hours, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method and your app access will close. Your first coaching session will be scheduled after this courtesy period. This policy is additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Fixed program payment plans
The fortnightly and monthly options divide the complete $1,800 program price into instalments; they are not cancel-anytime memberships. Outside an applicable cooling-off right, Australian Consumer Law remedy or written agreement with Anroc Farms Pty Ltd, stopping participation does not automatically cancel the remaining instalments.
Overdue payments
If a scheduled payment fails, Stripe may retry it and you will be asked to update your payment method. App access may be paused when payment remains overdue for seven days and restored when the account is brought up to date. Please contact Stacey promptly if genuine financial hardship affects your payments.
App access ends after 90 days
Included app access ends when your 90-day program finishes for both pay-in-full and instalment clients. If instalments remain, they continue until the fixed program price has been paid, but they do not extend your app access.
To continue using the app, you must actively choose the separate app-only subscription at $82.50 per month including GST or enrol in a new program. If neither is chosen by the program end date, app access closes automatically.
App-only cancellation
The app-only option is an ongoing monthly subscription. It can be cancelled before the next renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, then closes. Partial-period change-of-mind refunds are not offered, except where required by law.
Your consumer rights remain
Nothing in this summary limits any non-excludable right or remedy. If services have a major failure, or a problem is not fixed within a reasonable time where required, the remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
Guided Online program
The Guided Online option includes 90 days of app access and 12 weekly personalised video progress reports; it does not include face-to-face sessions. Its instalment options divide the fixed $990 program price and are not cancel-anytime memberships.
After 90 days, you may separately choose app-only access or another program. If neither is selected by the program end date, app access closes and no ongoing app subscription is started automatically.

Is the payment plan an ongoing subscription?
No. It is a fixed payment plan for the $1,800 program price. Fortnightly payments stop after 12 instalments and monthly payments stop after six instalments.
Do my instalments stop when the 90 days finish?
No. The program runs for 90 days, while the fortnightly and monthly payment schedules run until the full $1,800 price is paid. Payments stop automatically after instalment 12 or instalment six, depending on your chosen plan.
What is the main enrolment option?
The primary offer is Stacey’s complete 90-Day Hybrid Ground to Saddle Program for $1,800 including GST. The pathway app is included within that program.
What personal coaching is included?
You receive two premium 60-minute one-to-one sessions with Stacey each month, one personalised video progress report each week, access to the complete pathway app and Stacey’s support throughout the three-month journey.
How does the weekly video progress report work?
Each week you send two training clips of you and your horse by Messenger or WhatsApp, with each clip up to two minutes long. A member of Stacey’s team reviews your progress and prepares a personalised recorded report covering what is working, what you can do differently and which steps in the app to focus on next.
What can I choose if I live too far away for in-person sessions?
Choose the 90-Day Guided Online Ground to Saddle Program. It includes the complete pathway app and 12 weekly personalised video progress reports, without face-to-face sessions. Pay $900 upfront including GST, or use a fixed instalment plan totalling $990 including GST.
Does the Guided Online program continue as a subscription?
No. It finishes after 90 days and its instalments stop automatically after the agreed total is paid. You can then choose app-only access or another program; nothing rolls into an ongoing app subscription unless you actively choose it.
Where are the in-person sessions held?
Your one-to-one sessions are held at Stacey’s facilities using her own arena. If wet weather makes the arena unsuitable, Stacey may arrange an indoor venue and will confirm the session details with you.
When do I receive access?
You receive access to the 90-day program and its included app after your first successful payment. You do not need to wait until every instalment is paid.
Can I purchase only the app?
Yes. App-only access is available separately for $82.50 per month including GST ($75 + GST). It does not include the six 60-minute in-person sessions, weekly personalised video progress reports or Stacey’s full-program support.
What happens if an automatic payment fails?
You will be asked to update your payment method and Stripe may retry the payment. Access may be paused if the account remains overdue and restored once payments are brought up to date.
Can I stop the instalments if I change my mind?

App onboarding can begin immediately, but the first coaching session is scheduled after this period. If you cancel within 48 hours, your payment is refunded and app access closes. Separate statutory rules continue to apply if a sale is legally an unsolicited consumer agreement.
Is this a replacement for in-person professional help?
No. The app provides general education and cannot assess your individual circumstances. Stop when something is unsafe and seek qualified hands-on help when needed.
