HOW ENROLMENT WORKS

A private, suitability-led beginning.

Because this work can involve personal experiences and relationship dynamics, payment is not taken before the program fit has been confirmed.

  1. 01

    Choose a complete package

Select the 30-day or six-month program for yourself or for two participants.

  2. 02

    Submit the private enrolment form

Share your goals and practical needs. You do not need to describe traumatic experiences or provide intimate details online.

    Complete the suitability conversation

Stacey will contact you privately to answer questions, discuss support needs and confirm whether the selected pathway is appropriate.

  4. 04

Review the agreement and pay securely

Once the program is confirmed, you receive the complete terms and a secure Stripe link for pay-in-full or fixed instalments.

  5. 05

    Book the complete session journey

Your sessions and review points are scheduled as a coherent program rather than unrelated one-day appointments.

CLEAR, SAFE BOUNDARIES

Equine-assisted self-development with horses—not pressure to disclose or perform.

Connected Ground provides facilitated equine-assisted self-development experiences. It is not an emergency, crisis or diagnostic service. Unless delivered in formal collaboration with an appropriately qualified mental-health professional, it does not replace counselling, psychology, medical care or specialist trauma treatment.

For relationship programs, each participant has a private opportunity to raise safety concerns. Active intimidation, coercive control or violence requires a specialist safety response rather than ordinary communication work.

SafetyPhysical and emotional safety comes before completing an activity.
ChoiceYou may pause, observe, change an activity or say no.
CollaborationYour goals and pace are developed with you.
RespectThe wellbeing of each person and horse is protected.
COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you begin.

Can I book a single EASD session?

No. Connected Ground is intentionally offered as a complete 30-day or six-month program. The intake, supported sequence and final integration are part of the service.

Do I need riding or horse experience?

No. The experiences are ground-based and adapted to your comfort. You are not expected to ride or handle a horse beyond your ability.

Is this therapy or trauma treatment?

Connected Ground is presented as equine-assisted self-development. It does not replace crisis care, counselling, psychology or specialist trauma treatment unless a formal clinical collaboration is separately established and clearly explained.

Who can join the two-person program?

It may suit couples, family members or a parent-and-teen pair. Both people must freely agree to participate and complete the suitability process.

Why is there a suitability conversation before payment?

It protects participants, horses and the integrity of the program. It also gives you a private opportunity to ask questions and helps confirm whether Stacey’s service, another professional or a collaborative approach is the best fit.

Are instalments a monthly membership?

No. Instalments divide the fixed package total. They do not create a cancel-anytime membership and stop after the agreed number of payments.

What happens in wet weather?

The final agreement will explain wet-weather, rescheduling and venue arrangements before payment. Stacey will not proceed with an activity when conditions are unsafe for participants or horses.
