As well as using Anroc’s stud services, I was so excited to discover they also offer lessons. After riding since childhood and then taking a long break while raising my family, returning to riding felt both exciting and daunting. I wanted to go right back to basics, rebuild my confidence and truly reconnect with horses again. Stacey’s ability to connect with horses is something special and incredibly moving to witness and learn from. It’s hard to put into words just how excited and grateful I am to be continuing my lessons into 2026.

Stacey done such a wonderful job I have been out of the saddle for so many years and she gave me the tools i needed to be able to handle any situation which gave me confidence, Stacey has attended most of our outings for support encouragement. Also, my daughter’s pony was constantly bucking her off now quiet as a lamb from the very first lesson with Stacey, 2 years ago the pony has not bucked or pig rooted once since Stacey identified all the problems and had my daughter start from the ground up she is now confidently riding independently.
Patience with children
Stacey gives lessons to myself and my 4yo daughter and I couldn’t recommend her any more highly! Stacey’s knowledge and patience, tied together with her background in teaching makes her a standout riding instructor.
She has also started a pony under saddle for our children and has built a solid foundation for the makings of a willing and tolerant child’s pony.
